I grew up in Maine. Let's just say I was there from my 'beginning' until 1995, when I moved to California. About 5 years ago, I started looking for a place I could call my forever home. Living near breath-taking water was atop my wish list, so Table Rock Lake realty options clearly stood out. Aside from being an unbeatable retirement area, lakefront property on Table Rock Lake is just a short drive from Branson and countless restaurants and attractions. Since moving here, I could not be happier. And my passion for sharing joy led me to study the Tri-Lakes and Table Rock Lake realty market, so I can help others find their dream homes too.
What sets your property staging services apart?
I'd say my passion for renovating and refurbishing houses has taken my property staging services to a whole other level. I've refurbished over 25 homes including a now-gorgeous home in Damariscotta, Maine that dated from 1754. Refurbishing houses has honed my ability to visualize what is possible with the homes I sell. Along with a talent for helping buyers see possibilities beyond other peoples' stuff, my property staging services help sellers paint a truly inviting picture. Staging an art all its own, and it's incredibly satisfying.
How do you so successfully sell lakefront property & Table Rock Lake realty?
I'm passionate. Honest. Energetic. I'm a great listener. The best way to discover what people need in a home is to really listen. It's the first step to understanding clients' unique situations, whether they're buying or selling. In the Tri-Lakes and Table Rock Lake realty market, a Realtor also needs loads of energy. Not only do I keep my finger on the pulse of what's happening in the area, but I need to go the extra distance to make deals happen.
I believe every client deserves to feel as if he or she is my only client. It's true I've set the bar very high for my performance and service, but I've got a long history of meeting the challenge. And that translates to exceptional experiences and happy homes for my clients.

Of course it's my dream to be everyone's favorite Realtor! But my immediate goal is simply to find each client the right house—one that will be a happy home.
