A Realtor for over 25 years, I started my career in Maine and owned my own firm there. For eight years, Barter & Associates of Damariscotta, Maine was a 5-person sales office with gross annual sales in excess of 8 million dollars.
The majority of my very successful business is through referrals from people whom I have helped to buy or sell a home. As the result of satisfied customers, I have succeeded in building a referral base of dozens of people who are happy to recommend my services to their friends and families.
On a personal note, My husband and I enjoy scuba diving, hiking, biking, walking (4 miles every day before breakfast), and riding my motorcycle. With our four sons, we go rollerblading, canoeing, and kayaking. I consider the Tri-Lakes area and its surrounding communities to be a wonderful place in which to live and to work, which is why I am so successful at what I do best - helping folks to buy and sell residential real estate.
